• 1 U server £300 (approx off ebay? although if we get funding might as well get something pretty swish)
• 2 x 1TB hard drives £250 (I'm thinking we'll want to RAID it)
• A day with a lawyer £500 (hopefully we find someone sympathetic)

Annual costs

• Colo fees £600 (very approx £50/mo)
• DrupalCon? visits x 3 (say) £1000
• Domain names x 3 (say) £30
• Server depreciation/maintenance £100
• Ideal wages - 1 day a week x 8 staff x £15/ph x 6 hours (2496 hours/year) £37,440. Woah.
  • Half this maybe more realistic (6 staff doing 4 hours for instance) £18,720. Still tons.
• Supplementary specialist hours for if we need help. 30 hours at £40 ph £1,200

• Kim hosts 2 sites that currently actually pay at £20/year each, there's about 3 others I could chase.
• Offer traditional hosting at more like market rates, what control panel software could we use? What can we offer?
