I've not spoken to them, but at a rough guess (after doing LF Leeds):

• Mainly focus around events, will need a lot of ways of browsing these
  • By band
  • By venue
  • By date
  • By type
• Detailed venue info with a map
• Static info pages/FAQ etc
• Email lists for organisation
• Gallery for photos and flyers, taggable by event and so on
• Contact page to get in touch with people for various aspects
• Discussion forum
• Their own look and feel, that will show up on lfmanc.net as well as lfmanc.queerwp.net. They will need to be able to present their information both separately and in combination with all the queerwp.net events.
• A way to get involved from the queerwp.net site.

Lots of stuff! If we can get all this up, our group system will pwn.
