This one may well be stretching the system. But I was visualising something similar to Oblong Leeds. The centre itself is mainly a base for other groups to do their thing, so:

• The center itself needs basic info pages, a calendar of all events, location, contact map etc etc.
• Probably a front page news feed, that can feed into the site main news feed.
• Then it needs to be able to make a member group catalog that is listen on its page, each with their own little bit of info. Both in list form and teaser form ideally. These groups should be able to be edited by an admin for each group.
• Media files and stuff can probably be shared, I don't think this needs to be too group specific.
