- kate to look at funding. we are good with funding involving both paid time and no paid time.
- Set up a structure. We will have a "board of directors" style: eg a closed collective where new members can be proposed and join in.
- Roles confirmed as: Coordinator, Code Coordinator, Moderation Coordinator, Publicity/PR Coordinator, Accountant, Visual Identity Coordinator, Legal.
- kim and lordrich voted themselves as coordinator and code coordinator respectively.
- letyourlifesing nominated for moderator, but we will wait and see a little with regard to who takes an active part when we're live
- sophie nominated for book keeping
- lordrich and kim both to look for lawyers
- kim to write a new bit of spam saying we need directors and the new job titles, and make a flyer and send it out

- at some point make queer friendly ads section - charge businesses a small amount
