Woah, been a while! Lots to catch up on.

• Proposed new meeting format - fortnightly meetings with in between work evenings
• Feedback
  • From design company
• Domain names
• Do we want advertising?
  • Google ads or specific ads from queer related places? Sex shops, club nights, festivals, etc.
  • Who will administer it?
  • Where on the site will it go? Not FP.
  • Advertising requires users - maybe use google ads for now and go to sponsors later on.
  • Outsourcing advertising sales to somebody like Text-ads would be worth considering if we do want ads.

Minutes

• Move to proposed new setup.
  • Process meetings now first wed of month
  • Dev meetings now third wed
  • In between weeks will all have work evenings, ostensibly on wed but discussed at each meet.
• UHC seem very keen, good to go on design soon. Need to decide a name though!
• Advertising agreed in principle, when someone has time to do it, when we have a policy
  • Google ads for now
• Priority for now to get groups system working and people using it. Kim will do panels and layout, lordrich OG and mailing lists
• Next wed will be work evening
• Publicity - ask around for stamps we can nick. Think about publishers, distros etc we could send flyers to as well
• Kim will ask sylvia and/or ronan if they will do a little publicity
