Style guide

• Input Formats and Taxonomy Terms should be capitalized. This will make it easier to typographically denote when you are talking about a specific input format as opposed to a generic instance of that format.
• Where possible, code should adhere to Drupal's coding standards which can be checked using coding-style.pl which is in the home directory
